When requesting support, please include:

• The app version and build number, if available.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• A short description of what happened.
• Whether the issue happened in 1-Player, Swap, or Exact mode.
• Whether the issue involved photo import, camera capture, saved states, or manual input.

Privacy Note

Tournament photos selected by the user are processed on-device by ICM Swap. The app does not upload tournament photos to a server operated by ICM Swap.
